Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. seeks a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our team in Dahlgren, VA, supporting TTWCS software testing across configurations. On-site work at King George and customer sites is required, with potential travel.

Active Secret clearance is required for this role. Bachelor's degree in STEM or military experience is acceptable. Expect hands-on lab testing, data analysis, and coordination with government personnel on test procedures and reports.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM or military operational experience as TTWCS Operator and Maintenance Technician.
• Preferred: E-4+ Navy FC/FT with TTWCS NEC V20A.
• Active Secret clearance or eligibility for access to classified info.

Responsibilities

• Test tactical weapon systems in multiple configurations and builds in a lab setting.
• Document test data, maintain lab logs, and manage CR/PRs; troubleshoot lab hardware and networks.
• Develop and verify test procedures, TVMs, and test reports; present findings at reviews.
