Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years delivering data integration, analytics, automation, or related technology solutions in transportation.
• 4+ years supporting transportation operations, ITS, traffic operations, TSMO programs, and public-sector agencies.
• Lead data-driven transportation technology programs from planning through delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and drive solution adoption, stakeholder engagement, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data-driven transportation programs with stakeholder engagement.
• Provide program-level leadership across traffic signal systems, ITS, broadband, and digital infrastructure.
• Oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, team coordination, issue resolution, and technology delivery.
• Ensure QA/QC, data integration, and financial rigor throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop SOPs, performance dashboards, and decision-support tools.
