Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a TSMO Application Lead to deliver data-driven transportation programs, emphasizing stakeholder engagement, customer success, and high‑quality outcomes. You will support traffic signal systems, ITS, broadband, and digital infrastructure initiatives, providing project leadership and hands‑on troubleshooting for complex deployments.

The role requires QA/QC rigor, strong scoping and SOP development, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, engineering or related field.
7+ years of professional experience delivering data integration, analytics, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
Experience supporting transportation operations, ITS, TSMO programs, and public sector agencies preferred.
Microsoft Power Platform certification(s) preferred (PL-900 or higher).

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of data-driven transportation programs with stakeholder engagement and customer success.
Provide program-level leadership across traffic signal systems, ITS, broadband, and digital infrastructure initiatives.
Support troubleshooting for complex deployments and ensure QA/QC and financial rigor across projects.
Develop scoping, SOPs, and documentation; coordinate schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
