• Experience supporting transportation operations, ITS, TSMO programs; Public sector experience preferred; Power Platform certification (PL-900+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven transportation programs with stakeholder engagement, adoption, and customer success.
• Provide program-level leadership across traffic signal systems, ITS, broadband, and digital infrastructure initiatives.
• Ensure QA/QC, project scoping, financial reviews, and SOP development; lead schedules, budgets, and cross-disciplinary teams.
