Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, IT, or computer science field.
• Minimum 15 years delivering complex technology programs.
• Minimum 8 years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with budgets, delivery commitments, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams across the ATMS program with diverse specialists from client implementations.
• Manage project execution, budget, staffing, and resource planning.
• Oversee delivery, maintenance, upgrades, and recovery for the ATMS program.
• Provide leadership for risk management, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Act as senior client liaison for transportation agencies and strategic customers.
• Coordinate with teams across project management, software, infrastructure, networking, and operations.
• Drive operational excellence through structured workflows, reporting, and Jira usage.
• Support growth through solution innovation and client relationship development.
