Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks a Program Manager to lead a TSA single award BPA from our Tysons Corner, VA headquarters. You will serve as the primary liaison to TSA leadership, coordinate staffing for task orders, and ensure delivery of contract requirements while maintaining ethical standards.

The role requires regular meetings with TSA personnel in Springfield, VA, and candidates should reside in the DC metro region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Secret Clearance level and active DHS suitability.
• 10+ years total experience.
• 5 years specializing in managing similar Federal programs (similar size and complexity).
• PMP certification required.
• Airport installation and TSA experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead TSA OA demonstrations of Threat Recognition Systems (TRS) at national airports.
• Oversee planning, networking (minor design, networking, infrastructure, install), TSA TRS system purchase, OA system install and integration, cybersecurity and ILS, including extended warranty and maintenance.
• Interact with field staff, airport personnel and contractors, TSA equipment manufacturers, and LMI leadership on an ongoing basis.
