Job summary

LMI is seeking a Program Manager for the TSA BPA based at our Tysons Corner, VA headquarters. The Program Manager will lead staffing for TSA task orders, own contract deliverables, and manage overall BPA performance while upholding ethical standards.

Regular TSA meetings will be held with personnel in Springfield, VA, requiring residency in the DC metro region. The role requires a Secret Clearance, PMP certification, and 10+ years in Federal programs, with strong TSA/airport experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Masters preferred.
• Secret Clearance level and active DHS suitability.
• 10+ years total experience in Federal programs.
• Five years specializing in managing similar Federal programs (similar size and complexity).
• PMP certification required.
• Airport installation and TSA experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing for TSA task orders and manage deliverables.
• Serve as single point of contact for TSA leadership and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee BPA performance, contracting deliverables, and ethical standards.
• Coordinate regular meetings with TSA personnel and contractors.
