Job summary

CACI is seeking a detail-oriented Change Management Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure successful implementation of organizational changes. You will work with project teams to assess, monitor, and improve change management processes while upholding quality standards.

In this role you will identify risks, track action items, support training, review compliance, and report status using ServiceNow dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and change management.
• ITIL V3/4 certification.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and tracks program risks and actions to closure.
• Maintains relationships with service providers, customers, and staff.
• Develops training and briefings for leadership and teams.
• Reviews compliance with process standards and policies.
• Uses ServiceNow dashboards to report process status.
• Supports measurement and reporting for weekly and monthly meetings.
• Develops and implements QA strategies for change management.
• Conducts quality audits of change processes and outcomes.
• Collaborates with change management teams to ensure quality.
• Ensures impact on CIs is assessed; assists in timely change approvals.
• Coordinates with release and deployment teams for change scheduling.
