Job summary

CACI is seeking a Change and Configuration Manager to support a mission-critical program. The CM process focuses on baseline changes affecting the Mission/Site and includes both technical and non-technical items.

The role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, a BA/BS degree or 5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills to brief senior government leadership. You will collaborate across IPTs, lead CM activities, and use SharePoint or Confluence as part of governance and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• BA/BS degree or 5 years of relevant experience in Change or CM.
• Ability to interact with Senior Government leadership daily.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; problem solver.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provides CM process support and leadership for CM statements and handling plans.
• Facilitates CM efforts for all product IPTs (CI identification, assessment, mitigation).
• Leads or briefs meetings weekly/monthly to discuss CM posture.
• Communicates baseline posture and project information to stakeholders.
• Collaborates across groups to align priorities and deliverables.
