Job summary

You will ensure high-quality standards align with customer requirements and industry best practices, working across program teams to drive excellence.

The role involves risk tracking, coordinating with engineering and project teams, delivering leadership briefings, and developing QA strategies and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related work experience.
• TS/SCI with poly required.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM workflows and ITIL.
• Experience with ServiceNow and QA methodologies.
• Ability to lead large process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance for change management initiatives.
• Identify and track risks, actions, and cost of changes.
• Lead a team of Change Management Process Analysts.
• Develop QA strategies and KPIs for change activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality throughout lifecycles.
• Utilize dashboards to report status and milestones.
• Deliver briefings and training to leadership and teams.
• Ensure timely approvals and effective change evaluation.
