Job summary

Tharros is seeking a Senior Management Analyst with expertise in knowledge management and SharePoint to support our government client on SETA activities. The role focuses on developing collaborative platforms using SharePoint and Jira/Confluence to plan, track, and manage critical programs and documentation.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of knowledge management experience in federal or military settings, TS/SCI with Poly clearance, and strong communication and organizational skills to

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional years of direct experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 3–5 years' experience in knowledge and record management, preferably in a federal government or military environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint and Jira Confluence development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• SharePoint and Jira Confluence development to enhance collaboration and productivity for planning, tracking, and managing projects and documentation.
• Coordinate with Directorate DAG on WMS taskers related to managing cyber resources and/or personnel.
• Coordinate with SSO on inbound and new hires.
