Tharros is seeking a Senior Management Analyst with expertise in knowledge management and SharePoint to support a government client. You will help unify cyberspace operations and strengthen DoD capabilities.

You’ll lead SharePoint and Jira Confluence development, coordinate with Defense Acquisition DAG on cyber resources, and assist inbound and new hires with security protocols. Requires active TS/SCI with Poly, a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in knowledge/record management, and strong

• Requires active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional years of direct experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 3-5 years' experience in knowledge and record management, preferably in a federal government or military environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint and Jira Confluence development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Tharros is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Management Analyst with experience in knowledge management and an expertise with SharePoint. Tharros provides our government client with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. Our support furthers the mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise.
