Job summary

Tharros is seeking a Senior Management Analyst with expertise in knowledge management and SharePoint to support a government client. You will help unify cyberspace operations and strengthen DoD capabilities.

You’ll lead SharePoint and Jira Confluence development, coordinate with Defense Acquisition DAG on cyber resources, and assist inbound and new hires with security protocols. Requires active TS/SCI with Poly, a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in knowledge/record management, and strong

Qualifications

Requires active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional years of direct experience may be considered in lieu of education.
3-5 years' experience in knowledge and record management, preferably in a federal government or military environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint and Jira Confluence development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Responsible for SharePoint and Jira Confluence development to enhance collaboration and productivity to plan, track, and manage projects and documentation.
Coordinate with Directorate DAG (Defense Acquisition) on WMS (Warehouse Management System) taskers related to managing cyber resources and/or personnel.
Coordinate with SSO (Special Security Officer) on inbound and new hires.
