Job summary

Ennoble First is seeking a Mid-Level UI/UX Developer to support an Intelligence Community customer in Gaithersburg, Maryland. This role designs and develops intuitive, user-centered interfaces for mission-critical applications, bridging design and engineering to deliver production-ready front-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated experience designing user-centered interfaces for complex applications.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience working in Linux-based environments.
• Ability to translate user needs into functional design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces for web-based applications.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, efficient user experiences that improve usability and adoption.
• Build and maintain front-end components using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.
• Ensure applications meet usability standards and accessibility best practices.
• Contribute to and maintain consistent design patterns, components, and style guides.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve interface design and functionality.
• Work closely with backend engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to align UI/UX with system capabilities.
• Improve front-end performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
