Job summary

North Point Technology seeks a UI/UX Engineer to support a mission-critical national security program. The role blends user experience, interface engineering, and operational needs, requiring TS/SCI clearance and polygraph eligibility.

You will collaborate with software and systems engineers, product owners, testers, and mission stakeholders to transform complex requirements into accessible, responsive interfaces that enable users to interact with sophisticated systems and data securely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering of modern, responsive UIs for mission-critical applications.
• Develop reusable UI components, patterns, and standards for consistency.
• Refine interactive prototypes and validate concepts with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software teams to implement designs with accessibility in mind.
