Captivation is seeking a mid-level systems engineer to support daily responsibilities, with strong focus on requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. The role demands a TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph and US citizenship, plus extensive SE experience and a related degree.

You will work with Confluence/JIRA, lead sprint planning, and coordinate with DevOps to capture and track tasks, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and milestones.

Qualifications

• Requires Top Secret/SCI clearance with favorable polygraph; US citizen.
• Fourteen years SE experience in similar programs; degree or 5 additional years substituted.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements; manage sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Engage with customers and developers to communicate status and priorities.
• Coordinate with DevOps to ensure tasks are tracked in JIRA and updated.
• Facilitate internal customer and team meetings to meet milestones.
