Job summary

Northstrat Incorporated is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our integration team. The role supports agile integration and testing of a system of systems for the US Government in the Mission Management domain.

The ideal candidate has extensive full lifecycle SE&I experience and can analyze requirements, derive acceptance criteria, and design end-to-end mission test threads. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a BS or higher in engineering/CS/IT, and at least 5 years

Qualifications

• Active or current TS/SCI clearance with SCI access required.
• Education: BS or higher in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering and integration.
• Expertise in the Mission Management domain.
• Experience in full lifecycle SE&I and end‑to‑end multi‑segment testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements or solution epics to derive acceptance criteria, tests, and mission threads.
• Conduct engineering investigations to determine root cause analyses.
• Identify and track dependencies and risks.
• Become an expert in system interfaces and key integration points.
• Ensure consistency amongst multiple applications.
• Develop technical design documentation, test plans, and artifacts for successful integration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to support team goals.
• Collaborate with teammates, customers, and peers from other companies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
