Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, schedule, and coordinate developer activities on operational systems to minimize mission impact.
• Brief decision-makers on system readiness for software deliveries ahead of milestones.
• Develop and present PMR content highlighting progress and risks.
• Provide weekly status reports to customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate feedback to developers for recurring software releases.
• Track and manage system issues and enhancement requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Produce system performance analyses and identify trends for improvements.
• Support real-time operations by handling after-hours anomaly calls and escalations.
