Job summary

Gemini Industries Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Systems Administrator to support classified IT environments at Ft. Washington, MD. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8570.01-M Level II certification, with five years of related experience and strong communication skills.

The candidate will manage classified and cloud networks, coordinate with the IT team, and ensure secure, reliable operations while utilizing government-provided Generative AI tools to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related work experience.
• Minimum of four years of DoW component experience.
• IAT Level II certified (DoD 8570.01-M, Security+ CE).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customers.
• Willingness to travel within the NCR and occasional long-distance travel.

Responsibilities

• Support classified, unclassified, and cloud-based networks and related systems.
• Provide IT systems administration and troubleshooting across multiple environments.
• Coordinate with ISSO/ISSM and ensure security compliance.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and CM activities.
• Use Generative AI tools to accelerate tasks and improve processes.
