Job summary

Gemini Industries Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Systems Administrator to support SAF/OCB IT tasks in a classified environment in Fort Washington, MD.

You will manage classified, unclassified, and cloud-based networks, perform system administration, troubleshooting, backup, and documentation while complying with ISSO/ISSM guidelines. The ideal candidate has at least five years of related experience, holds IAT II (Security+ CE) and can communicate effectively with customers, delivering reliable IT

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience.
Minimum of four (4) specific work-related experience in support of a DoW component.
IAT LevelII certifiedin accordance withDoD 8570.01-M. (CompTIA Security+ CE)
Good verbal and written communications skills, able to communicate IT information to customers ineasy-to-understandterms.
Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Support classified, unclassified, and cloud-based networks and related systems, workstations, and related software.
Provide assistance in account management services and IT software support.
Perform computer/network hardware troubleshooting and repairs where feasible.
Coordinate problem resolution and communicate maintenance plans to users to avoid impact on missions.
