D2 Consulting is seeking a Systems Administrator (Desktop Support) for our Springfield, VA team. You will provide expert end-user support, maintain desktop environments, and ensure reliable computer systems for on-site and remote users.

Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10/11, Citrix, SMS, SCCM, and VDI is required. The role demands hands-on hardware experience and the ability to train others while meeting security requirements and project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in system administration/desktop support.
• Knowledge of desktop and server hardware and software configurations.
• Experience supporting both on-site and remote users.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support and maintain desktop systems.
• Resolve issues for on-site and remote users; coordinate upgrades.
• Perform advanced software installations and OS upgrades.
• Monitor and tune systems for optimum performance.
• Train users on hardware and software usage; document work.
