Job summary

LMI is seeking a Subcontracts and Partnerships Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance to support high-priority government programs from Denver or Colorado Springs. You will manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts and POs, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and rapid procurement to meet mission needs.

Applicants should have at least 12 years in government contracting, strong negotiation and cost analysis skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint. U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Contracts, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in subcontracts administration, procurement, sourcing, or related government contracting.
• FAR/DFARS knowledge and experience in classified environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to perform complex cost/price analysis and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Familiarity with various subcontract/purchase order types and related risk profiles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with a mission-focused approach.
• Experience with ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint or similar) and general IT tools.
• Working knowledge of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer full lifecycle of subcontracts and POs from solicitation to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal policies; maintain audit readiness.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers to meet urgent program needs.
• Conduct RFQ development, solicitation issuance, and supplier selection for timely fulfillment.
• Support risk identification and mitigation in sourcing activities; address disruptions and sole-source dependencies.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and licensing agreements to support timelines.
• Draft and negotiate subcontract terms including data rights, IP licensing, and flow-downs.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and address cost, schedule, and technical issues.
