Job summary

LMI is seeking a Subcontracts and Partnerships Manager with active TS/SCI clearance to lead end-to-end subcontracts lifecycle in support of high-priority government programs. You will partner with legal, finance, and program teams to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and drive rapid procurement aligned with mission needs.

The role requires 12+ years in government contracting, a BA/BS, and hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint, licensing considerations, and complex cost/price analysis.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Contracts, or related field.
• 12+ years in government subcontracts/admin etc., with FAR/DFARS exposure.
• Experience with cost/price analysis and supplier proposals.
• Knowledge of contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M) and risk.

Responsibilities

• Administer full lifecycle of subcontracts and POs from solicitation to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and internal policies.
• Liaise between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to meet urgent needs.
• Conduct RFQ development, solicitation, and supplier selection.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and address issues.
