Job summary

LMI is seeking a Subcontracts and Partnerships Manager with active TS/SCI clearance to manage end-to-end subcontract activities in support of government programs. The role requires coordinating with legal, finance, and program teams to ensure compliance and timely procurement.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required; candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Contracts, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years in subcontracts, procurement, or government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Administer full lifecycle of subcontracts and purchase orders (solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, award, closeout).
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and internal policies; maintain audit readiness.
• Liaise between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to meet urgent program needs.
• Lead sourcing activities: RFQ development, solicitation, supplier selection.
