Trace3 is seeking a Government Sr. Project Manager to lead strategic program direction, management, and execution for mission-critical customer goals.

This role ensures compliant delivery with the SOW, budgeting, staffing, and customer commitments, partnering with Engineering, Sales, Recruiting and client teams. Active Top Secret clearance is required; on-site work in Baltimore, Annapolis or Linthicum Heights, MD for a 6-month contract likely to extend or convert.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or portfolios.
• Experience building integrated program plans and roadmaps.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate delivery.
• Familiarity with FAR and government contracting practices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution of the statement of work for government contracts.
• Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, schedules, and staffing.
• Coordinate across architecture, systems, and cybersecurity teams.
• Manage risk, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and changes.
• Brief senior leadership on program health and risks.
