Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' relevant experience or Master's with 8 years.
• Familiarity with COTS applications and related engineering, development, integration, and sustainment activities.
• Experience with Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and logistics staff.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and system integration.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and other direct costs, including travel and training.
• PMP certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention with project managers, line managers, customers, and other stakeholders.
