Job summary

TENICA is seeking a ServiceNow (SNOW) Test Engineer to support a mission-critical IC customer in Bethesda, MD. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, a proven track record in SNOW testing, and hands-on testing across complex contractor environments.

Responsibilities include developing automated tests, validating SNOW design and workflows, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability of the platform.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of professional experience in testing SNOW apps and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools for ServiceNow.
• Strong attention to detail and defect tracking across teams.

Responsibilities

• Test SNOW applications and workflows across modules; document defects.
• Develop and run automated tests to reduce manual cycles.
• Validate designs and align workflows with requirements.
• Track results and provide leadership with metrics.
• Coordinate testing across multiple contractor teams.
• Engage in design reviews and status meetings to align testing with program goals.
