Job summary

TENICA is recruiting for a ServiceNow Requirements Engineer (TS/SCI CI Poly) based in Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on gathering, refining, and translating SNOW requirements, engaging senior IC leadership, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical workflows.

The candidate will document use cases, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and lead cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and SNOW capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
• Experience collecting and refining technical requirements for SNOW applications and workflows.
• Strong understanding of SNOW platform capabilities, including workflows, applications, and integrations.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in dynamic team environments.
• Confidence working with senior leadership and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Associate Degree + 10 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years; Master’s +6; PhD +4 years.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: collect, refine, and prioritize requirements for SNOW applications and workflows with senior leadership.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: coordinate with IC staff, developers, and contractors to address gaps and clarify requirements.
• Documentation & Communication: document use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, and provide updates to IC leadership.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: interface with senior IC officials and multiple contractor teams to ensure alignment with mission objectives.
