Job summary

D2 Technical Services in the United States is seeking a VTOC Operations Specialist to design, implement, and maintain AV systems across on-site and remote users. You will coordinate upgrades, provide expert support, and ensure performance of video conferencing, signage, and presentation systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in AV Technology or related field, 5+ years of AV design/installation experience, and a Security+ or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in AV Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AV design, installation, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of AV technologies including video conferencing, DSPs, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, and presentation systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment such as projectors, displays, sound systems, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues in a timely manner.
• Manage AV network infrastructure and ensure integration with existing IT systems.
• Plan and execute AV system upgrades and migrations.
• Provide training to end-users on AV equipment and best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AV system configuration and processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure AV systems align with overall technology strategy.
