Top Secret security clearance is required; candidates should have 2-4 years' AV/VTC experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to support end-users and collaborating teams across field offices.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in AV/VTC systems installation, integration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with VTC cabling routing and installation.
• Ability to administer VTC systems, including meeting setup, secure communications configuration, and end-user support.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Inventory existing hardware within current deployments and new hardware prior to installation.
• Provide VTC Administration, including troubleshooting malfunctioning systems and user support.
• Install system hardware and wiring according to drawings and remove older equipment.
• Track scheduled meetings and ensure room equipment functions before/during events.
• Conduct yearly inventory audits to ensure VTC assets are tracked.
