Qualifications

• Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• 8+ years of demonstrated Project Engineering experience.
• Experience communicating and presenting with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team.
• Strong organization, coordination, planning, and teaming skills, with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success working in team or matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans: Lead the planning and coordination of project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with the program's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Drive Technical Execution: Oversee the successful implementation of project activities, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Integrate Complex Systems: Ensure seamless integration of program and product components, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Achieve Technical Objectives: Set and accomplish key technical milestones, driving innovation and meeting program goals.
• Lead Trade Studies: Conduct and manage trade studies to evaluate and optimize design, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
