Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 8+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required prior to start date.
• 8+ years of demonstrated Project Engineering experience with a proven track record.
• Ability to communicate and present to all levels of staff and management.
• Strong organization, coordination, planning, and teaming skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget with WBS alignment.
• Drive technical execution and ensure high‑quality results on time and within budget.
• Integrate complex systems across teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Achieve technical objectives and milestones for program success.
• Lead trade studies to evaluate design, performance, and cost effectiveness.
