Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience working on IT DoW contracting programs.
• BA/BS degree required; additional years of experience acceptable without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner to technical program teams, bringing strong client engagement skills.
• Analyze and enhance business processes, identify gaps, anticipate operational needs, and help implement scalable solutions.
• Leverage Excel and Power BI to organize, track, and interpret program data; finance or data-driven operations a plus.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including I-9s, and support SOP documentation.
• Track certifications and training to ensure compliance ahead of expiration deadlines.
