Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Program Analyst to support the NCIS ITDS team at Quantico, VA. You will analyze business processes, coordinate onboarding, and support reporting to program leadership, ensuring efficient operations and compliance.

Qualified candidates will hold an active TS/SCI clearance, have 2+ years of related experience, and demonstrate strong engagement with internal clients and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in program analytics or DoD contracting programs.
• Experience coordinating programs in a government or contractor environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted business partner to technical program teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze and refine business processes; identify gaps and operational needs.
• Prepare SOPs and supporting documentation for program operations.
• Leverage Excel and Power BI to track and interpret program data.
• Facilitate onboarding (I-9s, SAARs) and coordinate admin activities.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly reporting with Program Manager and Deputy PM.
