Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to identify cyber threats, assess risk, and deliver analytical reports for diverse audiences. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility and DoD 8570 baselines, plus hands-on threat intel experience.

You will analyze IOC data from forensics and OSINT sources, collaborate with security teams and IC agencies, and provide actionable risk assessments and prioritized mitigation guidance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT level II certification required prior to start date.
• DoD 8570/8140 CSSP Analyst certification required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential cyber threats and produce analytical reports for varied audiences.
• When required, present findings to senior executives in clear, non-technical terms.
• Analyze Indicators of Compromise using forensic analysis, OSINT, and available tools to propose countermeasures.
• Investigate malicious activity by reviewing logs, SIEM data, and telemetry to confirm compromises or rule them out.
• Collaborate with CNDSPs and IC agencies on intrusions and threat intel sharing, aligning with vulnerability scoring.
