Job summary

GDIT is seeking an NCIS Program Analyst to support program delivery and analytics at Quantico, VA. Active TS/SCI clearance required; 2+ years of IT DoD contracting experience preferred. You will coordinate onboarding, reporting, and data-driven improvements using Excel and Power BI.

The role focuses on collaboration with technical teams, SOP development, and securing timely, compliant deliverables for leadership. Onsite responsibilities and a mission-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience working on IT DoD contracting programs
• Project management and analysis experience
• Location: Onsite at Quantico, VA

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner to technical program teams, bringing strong client engagement skills in a dynamic DoD environment.
• Analyze and enhance business processes, identify gaps, anticipate operational needs, and help implement practical, scalable solutions.
• Leverage tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI to organize, track, and interpret program data; background in finance or data-driven operations is a plus.
• Facilitate personnel onboarding, including preparing Government SAARs, coordinating I-9s, and ensuring new team members have a smooth introduction.
• Support team culture and operations by coordinating morale events and serving as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day administrative needs.
