Job summary

Leidos is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Product Owner to lead the NDOC software deployment efforts under the DOMEX Technology Platform contract. You will decompose priority requirements, coordinate with engineers and government leads, and drive design, integration, and testing efforts.

The role emphasizes backlog ownership, risk management, and continuous process improvements, with most work on-site in Bethesda, MD and occasional remote tasks.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead an application team responsible for maintaining the continuous flow of new software enhancements and deployments.
• Manage risks, elevate impediments, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Decompose high-priority requirements from the product roadmap into valuable delivered solutions.
• Own the team's product backlog and manage programmatic relationships across applications.
