Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join an Agile team in Chantilly, VA. You will design and develop ServiceNow solutions, customize applications, and implement best practices while delivering reliable software.

A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required, along with 10+ years of related experience. You will contribute to the service portal, UI/workflow customization, and integration with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
10+ years of related experience
Skills: ServiceNow
US Citizenship Required: Yes
Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions following best practices
Customize ServiceNow applications and roll out new applications
Create and design application tables within ServiceNow
Customize the UI and workflow for applications
Deliver new services via the service portal
Develop solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS
Participate in daily SCRUM and Agile ceremonies
Analyze requirements, estimate effort, design concepts, implement ServiceNow solutions
Support requirements definition and application testing
Support system certifications including security
Investigate issues and collaborate to resolve them quickly
Develop reports for ongoing customer needs
Maintain the ServiceNow environment with upgrades and releases
