Job summary

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, customize applications, and deliver new services via the service portal while ensuring security and compliance. The role requires 10+ years of experience, a BS in CS or related field, and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education, certifications or training.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions within an Agile team.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and customizations.
• Create and design application tables, UI, and workflow in the ServiceNow platform.
• Deliver new services via the service portal and develop reports to meet customer needs.
• Support system certifications and investigate issues to ensure reliable operation.
