Job summary

Qualifications

• Current IAT Level II Certification - Security+ or equivalent certification.
• Excellent communication and people skills and work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow Development using Business Rules.
• Experience with ServiceNow Development using Client Scripts.
• Experience with ServiceNow Development using UI Actions.
• Experience with ServiceNow Development using ITSM.
• Understanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management.
• TS/SCI with Poly.

Responsibilities

• Performing ServiceNow Service Portal configurations and deployments.
• Developing Service Portal widgets and capabilities.
• Testing software for bugs and performance throughout development.
• Leveraging UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.
• Implementing ServiceNow users, groups, roles, and ACL management.
• Communicating development status and blockers in daily Scrum meetings.
• Maintaining documentation of application design and code generation techniques.
