Job summary

DCCA is seeking a Program Manager with active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to oversee a government contract valued at $15–$25M annually. You will be the primary liaison with government counterparts and lead contract execution across multiple workstreams.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of program management experience, EVM familiarity, and PMP/FAC-P/PM or DAWIA Level 2 certification. This role offers growth in a veteran-owned IT business supporting national security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• 10+ years in program/project management of large programs ($15–$25M/yr).
• Experience with EVM or similar funds control systems.
• PMP, FAC-P/PM mid-level, or DAWIA Level 2 certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contract efforts and act as primary point of contact for government counterparts.
• Lead execution and ensure contract progress is updated to stakeholders.
• Manage programmatic knowledge and ownership across the contract.
