Qualifications

• Ten years of program or project management experience required.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
• Experience managing multi-task contracts and multi-vendor environments.
• Clearance: Top Secret with Polygraph (TS/SCI + POLY).

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources and manage staffing, facilities, and budgets.
• Review and approve earned value, ETC, and funds expenditure reports.
• Coordinate risk management and schedule baselines; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare program reviews and communicate status to customer and management.
• Assist with acquisition reports and Congressional QFRs; support engineering change proposals.
