Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Program Analyst SME to oversee multiple mission programs, manage contracts, and lead delivery for the US IC customer community. The role includes coordinating with the COTR, security, and project teams, with home location near Dulles Airport and flexibility within two-week cycles.

The position requires active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph, US citizenship, 15+ years of program management, and a degree in IT or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance
• US citizenship required
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in program management
• Degree in Information Technology or Engineering discipline

Responsibilities

• Staff the program with qualified personnel and ensure staffing adequacy.
• Prepare and deliver all reports on defined schedules.
• Ensure personnel stay current with customer and GDIT training requirements.
• Manage resources and project costs within budgets.
• Prepare clearance and security documents and reports.
• Identify and address performance issues, risks, and concerns promptly.
• Respond to customer requirements and Requests For Information.
• Prepare agendas, metrics, and progress reports for biweekly user-group reviews.
• Prepare agenda items for biweekly meetings with the Sponsor's HPC team and leadership.
• Maintain documentation in Confluence and related PM artifacts.
• Support biweekly Sprint planning and Jira scheduling; monitor tickets.
• Update the Risk Register, PM Plan, and related documents.
• Monitor QA and address issues; perform weekly audit reviews of logs/dashboards.
• Biweekly POV travel between Dulles-area site and Sponsor HQ in Northern Virginia.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead, users, COTR, ISSM, and other stakeholders.
