Gladiatoremergence seeks a Level 5 Program Manager to oversee complex contracts at Fort Meade. The role demands extensive, multi-task program management experience and direct accountability for schedule, cost, and performance in a DoD environment.

The incumbent will supervise cross-disciplinary teams, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and ICD 801, and mentor Level 0–4 PMs while reporting to senior government leadership. TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly required.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years of program or project management experience in similar scope and complexity.
• Experience leading multi-task contracts and multi-vendor environments.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000 series, ICD 801 policies.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, and cost tracking.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all Level 5 program management tasks for the contract as required by size and complexity.
• Communicate issues and resolutions to senior government management structures.
• Provide guidance for Level 0–4 PMs and direct cross-disciplinary teams to address urgent cost, schedule, or technical issues.
• Lead the planning and execution of resource allocation, scheduling, and earned value management reporting.

The Level 5 Program Manager (PM) shall possess the following capabilities:

• All tasks of the Level 4 PM not performed at Level 4 due to the size and/or complexity of the contract
• Communicate issues and solutions to the broader
• Government management structure as requested by senior
• Provide guidance and direct tasking for Level 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 program managers if any are assigned to the contract/program
• Rapidly assemble and execute focused cross-disciplinary Government/Contractor teams to address urgent or unexpected cost, schedule, or technical program/contract issues

Qualifications

Twenty (20) years of experience as a program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment is required Shall be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting Must have at least eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms such as Earned Value Management A PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 certification in Program Management Domain Table Description Information Technology desired
