Job summary

Catalyst Operations & Analytics is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to provide leadership for large, multi-year IT development and O&M programs, owning cost, schedule, and performance outcomes and serving as the primary contact for executives.

The role requires building deep customer relationships, guiding large teams of employees and subcontractors, and making complex program decisions to align with business goals — PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant program management experience.
• Experience leading large, multi-year IT development and/or O&M programs with full ownership of cost, schedule, and performance.
• Experience leading large teams of company personnel and subcontractors, including staffing decisions.
• Experience establishing and maintaining senior customer relationships and interfacing with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience with program financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or SDLC-based program execution at an enterprise scale.
• PMP certification preferred.

Position Summary

Senior IT Program Managers provide overall leadership and direction for large, complex, multi-year IT development and/or Operations & Maintenance (O&M) programs supporting the customer's mission. Senior IT Program Managers manage large teams of employees and subcontractors, own program-level cost, schedule, and performance outcomes, and serve as the primary point of contact for senior customer and company executives. Senior IT Program Managers are expected to establish deep customer intimacy, make complex business and personnel decisions in the best interest of the program and company, and provide the leadership needed to inspire and direct large, dynamic program teams.

US Citizenship and TS/SCI with Polygraph (no exceptions)

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant program/project management experience, including demonstrated experience managing large multi-year IT programs; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
