Job summary
Nyla Technology Solutions is seeking a versatile Systems & Operations Support Engineer to join the ANDS team in Columbia, Maryland. This role blends Systems Administration with Operations Support to ensure data reliability, cloud/on-prem service health, and rapid incident resolution across the project lifecycle.
The position supports 24/7 watchfloor operations with a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Required is a TS/SCI polygraph clearance with a Bachelor’s in a related field and 6+ years of
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 6+ years analytics/financial intelligence experience or 10+ years intelligence experience in lieu of degree.
- Alternative: High School Diploma/GED plus 10+ years hands-on intelligence analysis, financial tracking, and data discovery.
Responsibilities
- Bridge systems administration and operations support to ensure data reliability.
- Maintain cloud and on-prem service health and rapid incident resolution.
- Support 24/7 watchfloor operations and incident tracking.
- Work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (6 AM–6 PM / 6 PM–6 AM).
