Job summary

RTX Buckley SFB is seeking an operations specialist to monitor near real-time system status, document logs, and collaborate with customers in a secure 24/7 environment. You will evaluate problems, propose design changes, and support readiness for government programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with <2 years of relevant experience, TS/SCI CI Poly clearance, and U.S. citizenship. Onsite work at Buckley, Colorado is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with <2 years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor near real-time system status and apply prompt problem-solving.
• Evaluate system problems and advise on design changes to improve ops and reduce costs.
• Document event logs and assess system performance for data processing improvements.
• Collaborate with customers and peers in a closed environment.
• Complete Operations Certification Process in a 24/7 rotating shift.
• Provide performance metrics and readiness updates to government customers.
• Work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
