Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to join the AWS Dedicated Cloud Security team. You will manage security reporting and government-facing clearance activities, ensuring compliance and efficient processes across customers.

The role requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. A bachelor’s degree or 5 years of security experience, plus at least 5 years in collateral/security programs, is expected, with emphasis on accuracy and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence, Security Management, Business Administration, or analytical field, or 5 years security experience.
5+ years experience managing collateral, SCI and/or special access security programs.
5+ years experience interpreting and enforcing security requirements of government regulations.
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

Process employee reportable information in accordance with self-reporting programs and government requirements.
Develop mechanisms to improve data flow of reporting activity.
Drive efficiencies across multiple customers and ensure documentation is maintained per requirements.
Own development and evolution of personnel security reporting programs.
