Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Contract Security Lead to manage and oversee security programs for a US Government-focused cloud contract. The role requires extensive experience with NISPOM, ICDs, and security operations at cleared facilities.

You will coordinate with AWS Security, manage compliance documentation, and lead security activities across multiple government facilities. The position demands an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a strong track record of delivering secure

Qualifications

• Experience managing security programs in compliance with NISPOM and ICDs.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• Experience with Facility Clearances (FCL) and DCSA assessments.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of industrial security experience.
• Experience supporting government security programs and cleared facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for executing all security activities for the contract.
• Liaise with AWS Security and non-Security personnel to translate requirements into actionable security tasks and host alignment meetings.
• Propose solutions to security obstacles and track actions to closure.
• Provide comprehensive program security guidance across personnel, physical, operational, technical, information, industrial, CI, and computer security.
• Create, implement, communicate, and manage security requirements at a large, government-accredited, multi-facility data center site.
• Develop and refine a compliance-focused security program of record.
• Proactively identify security requirements and drive sound solutions to sustain program execution.
• Support the operations and maintenance of onsite security hardware and systems.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners and heighten security awareness.
• Share on-call rotations supporting alarms, security incidents, and outages.
