Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Clearance Processing Administrator to lead end-to-end clearance processing for a U.S. Government program, turning a 120+ staffing plan into personnel who can access the SCIF.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, US citizenship, and the ability to manage high-volume, high-stakes adjudications and access determinations. The successful candidate will coordinate with security offices, maintain clearance records, and ensure eligibility and currency across

Qualifications

• 1+ years of personnel-security or clearance-processing experience.
• Working knowledge of ICD 704 and personnel-security adjudication processes.
• Experience with clearance systems (e.g., DISS, Scattered Castles, or agency equivalents).
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Submit and track clearance crossover packets and SCI access requests (e.g., via the Government clearance-submission system).
• Verify eligibility, citizenship, SSBI/CIP currency, and need-to-know prior to access.
• Coordinate with the sponsoring security office on adjudications and access determinations.
• Maintain the personnel-security database and access records, and remove access when no longer required.
